1. All used items have a 45 day warranty upon delivery. The warranty guarantees the item works as it should.
2. In the event that an item does not work, we will ship you a replacement once we receive the original item back. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your purchase or offer store credit for the amount. We will pay return shipping on all defective items that meet this criteria. Item must be returned in the exact condition it was received. If you would like a different replacement item you will be responsible for return shipping. (see #4)
3. If we need to issue a return label, they are valid for 7 days. Once the return label expires we are unable to offer another one regardless of how many days are left of your warranty. We still honor the warranty, but you are responsible for shipping costs if our label has expired.
4. If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping and the item must be exactly as it was when it was received. We must receive the item within 14 days of you receiving your purchase in order to refund/exchange.
1. Any unopened games my be returned at buyers expense within 30 days of purchase.
2. Defective games must be sent back (at our expense) to our store where we will only issue a replacement of the identical game, in the event that the identical game is not available we will refund your purchase.
3. We CAN NOT offer returns on opened new games.
